Single Application Sharing
The "single application sharing" feature allows the host or presenter to share one application on their screen with the rest of the meeting attendees. This feature is particularly useful for sales presentations and demonstrations where you want the attendees to focus on one specific item without any other distractions. It is also useful when the host (or presenter) would like to hide the rest of their desktop from the meeting attendees.

Embedded in our Professional service is an easy and powerful whiteboard feature that allows you to instantly and interactively brainstorm during a Yugma meeting. Yugma also has annotation tools allow you to draw lines, shapes, and freehand in order to highlight what you are presenting to others. You can save your whiteboard diagrams and annotations in standard JPEG format for later use.

Multiple Monitor Support
The "multiple monitor support" feature is useful for hosts or presenters who have multiple screens connected to their computer system, for example financial traders, help desk professionals, trainers, teachers and consultants. With this feature, the host or presenter can decide which one of their multiple monitors they wish to share with their meeting attendees. Presenters can switch between multiple monitors during a meeting. Typically, the presenter will set up a specific monitor to use for desktop sharing.
We've all emailed important documents that have gotten trapped in spam or virus filters, or returned undelivered due to size limits. With Yugma's Shared File Space feature you can avoid all that. Yugma gives you up to 100 MB of web storage space to post files so that you can easily share project or team files that can be downloaded by attendees at any time. .
Meeting Recording, Playback, and Webcast
Yugma P Series Meeting Hosts and Attendees can record Yugma meetings using the Record and Playback feature. Save the file directly to your computer for later playback in Yugma's cross-platform player or upload to the Yugma website. You can upload up to 100MB of recorded meetings or sessions to the Yugma website. Use the Recording Manager tool to get the URLs for your recordings, share your recording via email with others, or delete recordings when no longer needed.
Webinar feature is an optional service that can be purchased and added to any of the P Series accounts (P2, P20, P50, P100, and P500). This feature gives you the ability to register people, track your registrants and see who attended your webinar meeting.
