Have you seen the new Yugma website?

Welcome to the new look Yugma. Today, after many weeks of cross-border teamwork within the company, we flicked the switch and turned on our new website.

We’ve listened to your feedback and implemented a number of improvements to enhance your Yugma Instant Web Conferencing experience. Overall, there are three areas of improvement.

Using Yugma: It is now much easier and quicker to meet online and collaborate using Yugma, whether you want to host a meeting, join a meeting, get a Yugma Free account, or buy or upgrade to a Yugma Pro subscription.

Getting Started: We have tried to make it as easy as possible to successfully host or join an online meeting or collaborate interactively for the first time. Check out our simplified Download page, our new double opt-in registration process, and the “Are You Yugma Ready” diagnostic check. These are just some of the changes we have made to quick-start our first-time users.

Support and Service: Our Technical Support and Customer Service teams have been getting a lot of positive feedback from our customers. So we’ve put together a new Support Forum and improved our FAQs. We hope that all your questions will find answers there but if not, please do not hesitate to contact us

And of course we have this new blog where we’ll keep you posted with the latest information about Yugma and Web Conferencing.

Yugma Instant Web Conferencing allows you to be more productive, reduce your travel costs, lower your carbon footprint, and save money instantly. In these times of economic uncertainty we have seen a significant increase in the demand for our service. Over the next few weeks we will be making more improvements both to our website as well as to the Yugma Free and Yugma Pro services.
